No two clients are ever the same and I avoid a one-size fits all approach, instead tailoring my approach around individual needs and circumstances
For some clients our work may be highly focused and specific. For others it may be more open and exploratory
Likewise the duration of counselling can range from the very brief to something longer term
My standard charge for a one hour session is £35. I offer a discounted rate in some circumstances
Some people find it helpful to meet me face to face before making any commitments and I offer a short session that is free and without any obligation
What Would Counselling Be Like?
Counselling sessions are held on a one-to-one basis in an environment that is confidential, safe and respectful.
Sessions last for one hour and allow you to share your thoughts and feelings in ways that can bring new understanding, both of the problems and of yourself.
